FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAM

The Program aims to improve the wellbeing and safety of children, young people and their families by building the capacity of families to care for and  protect their children.
The Program provides linkages with external  support  services to enable families to access  resources to stabilise and maintain family wellbeing.
To make a referral the following criteria must be met:

• There is a child or children unborn to 18 years of age
• The family would benefit from access to family support intervention and/or referral to  specialist support services
• The child is not currently in need of ongoing Child Safety intervention
• The family consents to the referral.
