The Program works to improve pathways and connections for families experiencing vulnerability and disadvantage to access early childhood education, health and development services.
Program Workers actively work across existing child, family or community services to identify and support children and families to navigate pathways into early childhood services, supported playgroups and successfully transition to school.

Each term, the Program celebrates different occasions with activities centered around things such as NAIDOC week, Child Protection Week, Day for Daniel etc.
