The Program consists of counselling support and provides information, advice and referrals to help strengthen the family unit.

The Family Support Program aims to improve the wellbeing and safety of children, young people and their families by building the capacity of families to care for and protect their children.

The Neighbourhood Hub’s Good Beginnings Home Based Family Support Program is a universal, free, early intervention service to parents with children and young people under the age of 18 years, living in the Mackay community.

The Integrated Family Support HUB (IFS HUB) Program works to support outcomes of family and children’s wellbeing by providing information, enabling early identification of issues, providing holistic responses for families and enhancing referral pathways to services in the Mackay region.

The program assists Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) women living in regional areas that are experiencing, or at risk of, family and domestic violence or sexual assault, to access the support that they need.
